About my 30 Day Challenge
This 30 Day challenge is a holistic approach to help you clear an unmotivated or depressed mind, body, and spirit. I originally created this challenge for myself and decided to share it with you. Here’s some of the things that I hope you can accomplish with this challenge.

♦Learn how to forgive others and let things go.
♦Learn how to accept change
♦Gain self confidence; learn to love and trust yourself
♦Learn how to make yourself happy and learn not rely on others to do so
♦Develop the habit of eating better and working on your physical health
♦Learn to motivate yourself and become a self starter
♦Learn to be comfortable with your body
